Chaxia Lee, 78 of Wind Woods Rd., Morganton died Thursday, July 29, 2010 at his residence.  Born in Laos October 8, 1931 he was the son of the late Tong Seng Lee.  In addition to his wife, Nao Lor Lee of the home; two daughters; four sons; 22 grand-children and 2 great-grandchildren survive him. 

The Hmong Funeral will begin at 8:00 a.m. Friday, August 6, 2010 and will conclude on Sunday, August 8, 2010.  The family will receive friends during this time at Startown Gathering Center at Jenkins Funeral Home in Newton.  Burial will be noon Sunday, August 8, 2010 at Burke Memorial Park in Morganton, NC.
